Last summer I was thinking of buying a house for my daughter. I was in the Midwest and did not plan to return to our home in Beaufort until September, but I was keeping a close eye on housing available by browsing Zillow. I found a house that would meet all of her needs and decided to contact Rebecca Bass immediately. I explained that I wanted to buy that house and she quickly got to work on it. Turns out they were not planning on showing it but did have and open house scheduled for the following weekend. I wanted the house and asked her what she could do to make it happen before anyone looked at it. After speaking that morning we agreed on a price to offer and she went to work to perform magic! She went to work and and by late afternoon we got the house. She did all the legwork and managed to handle all the details right through closing. All I ever had to do was e-sign documents she sent to me! Her follow through was amazing. Ms. Bass orchestrated a smooth turn over of the home to my daughter and made it possible for her to move in to her new home before we returned home in September.
I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca's abilities to secure the home of your dreams!
